LG and Google’s Nexus 4 Now Available In India

And Nexus 4 is here in India!

Okay, honestly, I haven’t yet had the opportunity to try out a Nexus device. But by all I have heard, read and seen on Youtube videos, Nexus range is a range of really awesome devices.

Now, the latest smartphone in the Nexus range, the Nexus 4, is finally available in India. Its availability in India was formally announced today, 16th May, 2013 in New Delhi.

Nexus 4 has been designed collaboratively by LG and Google and comes packed with cutting edge hardware from LG and the best of Google Apps and latest version of Android™.

Talking on the event of Nexus 4’s launch in India, Mr. Soon Kwon, Managing Director, LG Electronics India said, “LG Electronics is pleased to partner Google on the release of the Nexus 4 in India. We added the best of our talent to our strength, and the result is a feature- packed smartphone that packs superb hardware under a slim hood. With LG Nexus 4, consumers would be delighted by the perfectly balanced combination of style, function and power.  Speed and Stability: Nexus 4 has Qualcomm Snapdragon™ S4 Pro processor ensuring speed and stable performance. It has 2GB of RAM and the latest and fastest version of Android yet, which should ensure smooth and swift performance whether while browsing the web, playing games with rich 3D graphics or using multiple apps at the same time.

Camera and Camera Features: Nexus 4 has 8MP camera with capability of taking excellent  Photo Sphere images. The camera allows the users to snap pictures in every direction then bring them together to create interesting Photo Spheres.

Display: Nexus 4 has vibrant 1280 by 768 4.7 inch True HD IPS Plus display that is supported by Zerogap Touch technology. The screen is 320ppi protected by scratch resistant Corning® Gorilla® Glass 2. The screen has gently curved edges to allow the finger to slide smoothly.

Latest Google Apps: Nexus 4, of course, comes packed with all the latest Google Apps, including the latest version of Google Now . Google Now provides valuable information as and when you need it. For example, it gives timely reminders about upcoming flights, hotel confirmations, nearby tourist attractions etc.
